We are fully familiar with the HIPAA laws/regulations so you will not need to worry about any breach of privacy including patient information and company logos and/or trademarks of your organization.  We are using secure FTP to transfer the files to our clients.  This is a fully secure method to receive and send files.  We are ready to sign a confidentiality agreement.  We will definitely take the utmost care of all of your esteemed work, as we do for the rest of our clients.  We are ready to handle your esteemed MT work as per AAMT rules/guidelines.

Medical Transcriptionists:

Our rigorous pre-employment screening process ensures that only the top Medical Transcriptionists are employed by Kan Scribe. All our MT's have a minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record.

Members of the transcription team here at Kan Scribe are master craftsmen with over 5+ years’ experience; having served with major players like Heartland Information Services.  Our MTs are capable of producing 600 lines per day with the required accuracy and our senior Quality Assurance staffs take onus of the work and deliver to the desired final quality percentage in the final QA platform.
